Why we started
The floor-coating industry has a reputation problem, and it’s earned. Too many garages get a rushed, acid-etched, single-coat job that looks great for a season and then peels, bubbles, or hot-tire lifts. Homeowners are left thinking “coatings don’t work” — when really, that coating was set up to fail from the first step.
We started Wilmington Floor Coatings to do it the right way in our own community: proper mechanical preparation, moisture testing on every slab, professional-grade polyaspartic systems built for the coast, and a written warranty we can actually stand behind.
