Step by step
Our four-step installation
Free on-site quote
We come to you, measure the space, and inspect the slab for cracks, prior coatings, and signs of moisture. You get a flat, written price for the exact system your floor needs — not a vague range or a high-pressure pitch.
Diamond grind & repair
We mechanically diamond-grind the entire slab to a coating-ready profile — no acid etching. We moisture-test, then repair cracks, spalls, and control joints with polyurea. This preparation is roughly 90% of why a floor lasts, and it's the step cheap installs skip.
Coat & full-flake broadcast
We apply the base coat and broadcast your chosen color flake to full refusal — complete, edge-to-edge coverage. The excess is scraped back and cleaned so the surface is even and locked in for the topcoat.
Topcoat & warranty
A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals everything in for a hard, cleanable, sun-proof finish. You can walk on it in about 24 hours and park on it in about 48 — all backed by a written lifetime adhesion warranty.

Preparation is 90% of a floor that lasts
Almost every coating failure — peeling, bubbling, flaking — comes from bad preparation, not a bad product. A coating can only be as good as its bond to the concrete underneath. That’s why we mechanically diamond-grind every slab instead of acid-etching, moisture-test before we coat, and repair every crack and spall first.
It’s slower and it costs more than skipping it. It’s also the single biggest reason a floor lasts 15 years instead of failing in two — and why we can put an adhesion warranty in writing.

Is it really done in one day?+
Most single- and two-car garages are, yes. We grind, repair, coat, broadcast flake, and topcoat in a single visit. Larger or heavily damaged floors, or slabs needing moisture mitigation, may take longer — we'll tell you up front.
How long before I can use the floor?+
You can walk on it in about 24 hours and park vehicles on it in about 48 hours. Polyaspartic's fast cure is a big reason we favor it.
Do you move everything out of the garage?+
The garage needs to be empty for the install. We'll go over exactly how to prepare the space when we schedule your job.
What if you find a moisture problem?+
We test for it before coating. If the slab tests high, we apply a moisture-mitigation primer first so vapor can't push the coating off later. We'll explain any added step and cost before proceeding.
