What's covered
Adhesion failure — if the coating delaminates or peels from the concrete due to a bonding failure on a slab we prepared and coated, we'll repair or re-coat the affected area.

Our warranty is backed by preparation. Mechanical diamond grinding and moisture testing are what create a permanent bond, so we're confident standing behind it.

Honest limits — what a warranty can and can’t cover
We want you to understand the warranty, not be surprised by it. An adhesion warranty covers the bond between the coating and your concrete. Like any coating warranty, it doesn’t cover damage from causes outside our control — for example, new cracks caused by significant slab settlement or structural movement, damage from impact or abuse, or issues arising from changes you make to the floor later.
The full, specific terms are provided in writing with your project so everything is clear before we start. If you ever have a question about coverage, call us — we’d rather talk it through than hide behind fine print.

Is the warranty really in writing?+

What if my previous installer's floor is peeling?+
We can often grind off a failed coating, diagnose why it failed, repair the slab, and re-coat it properly — with our warranty on the new work.
